Die Fl\u00fcgel von allen Seiten einpinseln und im K\u00fchlschrank min. 30 Minuten marinieren lassen, besser l\u00e4nger \u2013 je l\u00e4nger sie mariniert werden, desto aromatischer werden sie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Form oder ein Blech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze oder 160\u00b0C Umluft vorheizen. Die marinierten Fl\u00fcgel ca. 30 Minuten backen.
